Allen F. Richardson joined Adler Group in 2011 as a leasing associate and third-party broker for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. In these roles, Richardson is responsible for the leasing of office, industrial and retail properties within the company’s portfolio and handles acquisitions and sales for professionals and investor groups in Naples, Florida.
Richardson has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 25 years. He began his career in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, before moving to Naples in 1999 to continue his career in commercial sales, leasing, asset management, land development, property redevelopment and business property investment. With a strong skill-set in financial planning, budgeting and tenant retention, Richardson has successfully managed shopping plazas, business complexes and medical office space.
Richardson is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), president and founder of Associates Real Estate Services, Inc., president of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Southwest Florida Chapter and committee chairperson for BOMA’s annual golf tournament. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
