Patricia “Cathy” Earnest is an assistant property manager for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. She is stationed at the Westchase Corporate Park in Houston, Tex, where she supports the property manager in all tenant and vendor relations efforts and managing office administration and operations at the property.
With 15 years working in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, Earnest’s accomplishments include facilitating a $300 million divestiture of company assets and overseeing the audit of a 401(k) plan at her previous position. Prior to joining Adler, she was also a benefits specialist for the private investment firm Wedge Group, Inc.
Earnest graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is a member of the Bayou City’s Women Chorus, the Houston Humane Society, Houston Grand Opera and a volunteer with the Houston Furniture Bank.
She currently resides in Houston’s Shepherd Park Plaza community.
