Charles D. Silver is a leasing associate for Adler Realty Services - the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. In this role, he oversees the marketing and leasing activities for 250,000 square feet of office and flex space properties located in Broward County in Florida.
Silver brings 10 years of commercial and residential real estate experience to his new position with the company. He started his career working for Lennar Homes before transitioning into commercial real estate in 2005, when he became a real estate specialist for Southeast Centers, LLC in Boca Raton, Fla. During his tenure, he was responsible for leasing a commercial portfolio of 3 million square feet, helped in the procurement of asset acquisitions in excess of $65 million, and worked with a variety of nationally recognized and independent tenants, including Starbucks, Publix, Panda Express, Rack Room Shoes, LA Fitness, Darden Restaurants and Dunkin Donuts.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., is a Florida licensed real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Professional accomplishments include receiving the Co Power Star Broker award in 2009, creating the off-campus housing program at NSU and founding ShoppingCenterTube.com – a website for marketing and virtually touring shopping centers aimed at prospective developers, brokers, appraisers, leasing agents, landlords and tenants.
