Elizabeth C. Newbill specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the Southside Hampton Roads office market for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. The Southside Hampton Roads office market includes the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. Newbill’s portfolio includes the Interstate Corporate Center consisting of 440,000 square feet in 17 buildings across 35 acres of land strategically located at the intersection of I64 and I264.
Prior to joining Adler Group, Newbill was employed with Davenport Group Real Estate, Inc., where she handled sales, tenant and landlord representation. All of her listings were located within the city of Virginia Beach.
Newbill, a Virginia Beach native, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Old Dominion University where she concentrated in international business.
Throughout her career in real estate, Newbill has received several awards and special recognitions, including the Gold Circle of Excellence, Silver Circle of Excellence, Rookie of the Year and CoStar Power Broker awards. She is a committee chair and charter member for Commercial Real Estate Women Hampton Roads and a member of Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate.
