In 2009, Aaron Evans joined Adler Group as leasing associate for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. In this role, Evans utilizes his extensive and targeted real estate industry experience to attract new business prospects, research market trends and increase tenant retention rates within the company’s portfolio. He also oversees all leasing activities within the 700,000 square feet Tampa market, including Breckenridge Business Park and Beaumont Business Center.
Evans possesses more than six years of experience working directly with commercial properties, which has allowed him to hone his sales and interpersonal skills. Evans’ past positions include commercial sales associate for Rinnier, a real estate development, management and sales firm and commercial property manager for ProLogis, where he was responsible for managing more than one million square feet of industrial space. Also, Evans has been a partner at a small property management and acquisitions firm, Freedom Property Management, since 2003.
Shortly after he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Salisbury University, Evans earned both a Florida and a Maryland real estate license. He is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of REALTORS and the Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
