Joseph Pusateri currently serves as property manager for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. Pusateri manages and directs 1.8 million square feet of Adler’s commercial industrial and warehouse properties in the Orlando market. His main responsibilities include day-to-day industrial and retail operational property management, lease administration and budgeting.
Pusateri’s real estate career spans three decades. Prior to joining Adler in 2001, Pusateri was responsible for the Florida retail portfolio of properties for the International (Bahrain) TAIB Investment Bank/TAM Holding Company. Pusateri also held positions at Lincoln National Corporation, CB Commercial Group and Lehndorif (USA) Group, Ltd., where he was responsible for retail and industrial portfolios in cities throughout Illinois, California and the District of Columbia.
Pusateri earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Illinois University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, American Association of Managers and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
