Kristi Watkins joined Adler Group in 2011 as a property manager for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. In this role, Watkins provides on-site facilities management for Byrd Center Business Park in Richmond, Va. Byrd Center is a 475,000-square-foot, 10-building industrial property complex located in Richmond’s airport industrial submarket.
Watkins has 14 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Adler, Watkins was a property/leasing manager for Shockoe Commercial Properties, LLC in Richmond, Va. In 2003, she received the President's Circle Award for ISO 9001 certification from Prudential Commercial Real Estate.
Watkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with a minor in marketing from Radford University.
