Nicole Messer joined Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group, as a leasing broker associate in 2007. In addition to Messer’s responsibilities as a landlord and tenant representative, she cultivates third-party business throughout Adler’s markets. Additionally, Messer provides marketing, leasing and sales support to the Leasing Director and senior associates at Adler Group.
Messer brings with her 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Adler Realty Services, she began her career in residential real estate and later went on to own and manage her own real estate and mortgage company. Her comprehensive expertise as a real estate broker and mortgage professional has allowed her to add additional value to her clients.
Messer is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Beacon Council and the Miami Beach and Doral Chambers of Commerce, where she represents Adler Realty Services. Messer is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
