Patricia Quintana serves as director of leasing for Adler Realty Services, the property management and leasing division of Adler Group. Quintana joined Adler Group in 2007 with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. As director of leasing, Quintana oversees all leasing efforts, as well as the acquisition, development and management of Adler Group’s office, flex, industrial and retail shopping centers. Quintana’s other areas of expertise include landlord and tenant representation, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.
After earning degrees from Miami Dade College and Miami Technical College, Quintana was employed by ComReal Miami, Inc. as a commercial associate where she completed $10 million in transactions. Quintana then joined PS Business Parks, Inc. as director of leasing at Miami International Commerce Center where she was responsible for more than 3.2 million square feet and 350 tenants comprising of industrial, office and flex product.
Quintana’s professional mastery is demonstrated by the long list of prominent clientele which she has previously represented, including Hallmark, General Electric, Avianca Airlines and SunTrust Bank. Quintana’s professionalism and energetic attitude combined with her experience and real estate savvy bring continued growth and success to the Adler Group portfolio.
Quintana devotes much of her free time to wildlife causes. She is a volunteer at Abandoned Pet Rescue and a regular contributor to the Humane Society, Doris Day Animal League, PETA, Federal Wildlife Federation, Florida Wildlife Federation and World Wildlife Federation.
