Scott Lloyd currently serves as sales and leasing associate in Central Florida for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group.  Though his range of real estate expertise is extensive, Lloyd’s specialties include tenant and owners’ representation, as well as sales and leasing in industrial, office and retail properties. Lloyd has contributed his valuable industry expertise to Adler Group since 2000.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas, Lloyd served as a project manager at KBA Lease Services/Kislak and a property manager at the Trammell Crow Company. In his role as an assistant property manager for the Trammel Crow Company, Lloyd managed more than 1.9 million square feet of shopping centers in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Adler Group, Lloyd was employed as a lease analyst for Foot Locker, Inc. in New York where he successfully negotiated more than 350 transactions with the developers of prime shopping centers.

Lloyd is a member of several professional organizations, including NAIOP, CCIM and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves as Treasurer of the Central Florida District of CCIM and is a past Education Co-Chair and Board Member for the Central Florida Association of Realtors.
