Scott Lloyd currently serves as sales and leasing associate in Central Florida for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. Though his range of real estate expertise is extensive, Lloyd’s specialties include tenant and owners’ representation, as well as sales and leasing in industrial, office and retail properties. Lloyd has contributed his valuable industry expertise to Adler Group since 2002. Lloyd operates out of Adler's Orlando office, which has been named "Best Commercial Real Estate Firm" by the Orlando Business Journal in both 2009 and 2010.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas, Lloyd served as a project manager at KBA Lease Services/Kislak and a property manager at the Trammell Crow Company. In his role for the Trammel Crow Company, Lloyd managed more than 1.9 million square feet of shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Prior to joining Adler Group, Lloyd was employed as a lease analyst for Foot Locker, Inc. in New York where he successfully negotiated more than 350 transactions with the developers of prime shopping centers.
Lloyd is a member of several professional organizations, including the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, the Osceola Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He currently serves as President of the Florida Chapter CCIM - Central District and is a past Education Co-Chair and Board Member for the Central Florida Association of Realtors.
