Shay Moore joined Adler Group in 2011 as a leasing director and property manager with Adler Realty Services, the company’s property management, sales and leasing division. In this role, Moore provides on-site facilities management for Westchase Corporate Park – a 176,977 square-foot corporate complex of small bay offices and flex buildings serving Houston, Tex.
Moore boasts 17 years of industry experience, most of which were spent serving in the same professional capacity for PS Business Parks in Houston. During that time, she set the bar for others in the company by becoming the first manager to achieve zero-percent delinquencies at a managed property. She is recognized for developing and implementing life safety and emergency preparedness programs and realizing among the highest increases in net operating income levels for her property assignments.
She is a graduate of San Jacinto College in Houston, where she earned a Business Administration Associate of Arts degree and completed electrician masters classes.
Moore currently resides in Clear Lake City in the Greater Houston Bay Area.
