Terry Greene is the senior property manager for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. He oversees the D.C. Portfolio, which has 3.1 million square feet, located in both Virginia and Maryland. He is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the portfolio, including lease administration, construction, project management and tenant relations.
Greene joined Adler Group in 2011 after working for Brawner Management as the director of property management for 2 years. He was in charge of a 2 million RSF portfolio that was primarily commercial and some residential. Greene has over 23 years of industry-related experience, working for Lincoln Property Company, Wells Real Estate Funds and Summit. He was consistently rated one of the top rated property managers in the region while working for Summit.
Greene attended Mitchell College in Statesville, NC, where he studied pre-science. He is very involved in his local church, and has been working with the YMCA’s Big Brother program and Boy Scouts. He now lives in Vienna, Virginia, after living in Annandale, Virginia, for 12 years.
