Adler Group was founded upon an entrepreneurial spirit, and our pursuit of growth and innovation continues to drive the company today.

We often look for new opportunities where we can apply our expertise and enhance our business model. While they may fall outside the realm of real estate, they are business ventures that enable us to better serve – and add value to – our diverse stakeholders.

Historically, we have delved into a number of outside arenas, including:

• Standard Concrete, a concrete company which served both in-house and third-party building material needs
• Southern General Builders, which partnered in building single-family developments in Broward County
• Adler Group Israel, which built homes in Israel for Russian immigrants in the 1990s
• The Brickell Club, a dinner club located on the top floor of the 1221 Brickell building
• Terminal 1, a fixed base of operations (FBO) to meet aviation needs at Opa-locka Executive Airport

Adler’s latest venture is Adler Holly Management, a result of the company’s strategic partnership in 2009 with Holly Sime Realty. The two companies jointly perform property management for Class A properties, with Holly Sime handling leasing services and Adler providing third-party property management expertise.

Adler's latest venture is Kabel-X USA, a company which converts existing copper cable infrastructure into high-speed fiber optic cables without the need for construction.
