"Deerfield Commons", is located on the southeast corner of Hillsboro Boulevard and Powerline Road. Explosive growth in the western portion of the city has turned this corner into the epicenter of retail for Deerfield Beach and its surrounding suburbs, drawing from south Boca, north Coconut Creek and west Parkland.

Great Florida Bank and Mattress Giant will anchor each end of the 20,000 square foot strip center. They'll be joined by a sub shop, a boutique restaurant and other quality merchants.

This busy hub also features Publix, Sports Authority, TJ Maxx, Office Max, Walgreens, Albertsons, and others. Also, Target is in the midst of developing a Super Target directly across from this center.

When the center is completed by the end of 2006, it will include 20,000 square feet of prime retail space with over 300 feet fronting on Hillsboro Boulevard, as well as a 6,000 square foot family style restaurant as an outparcel on the Powerline Road side. Additionally, 10,000 square feet of retail/office space will be built on the site.
