Investment Criteria

 

The Florida Retail Land Bank is looking to acquire prime retail land locations
throughout the State of Florida that fit the following criteria:

Residential Development: Development has commenced or is about to commence in the area with full build-out still a few years away.

Retail Development: Development is minimal or currently not in place. It is expected that the retail will follow the development of rooftops. 

Size:The acreage desired is from +/-5 acres to +/- 50 acres

Zoning: Commercial zoning that allows for retail uses. The proposed property does not have to have approvals or other entitlements in place.     

Utilities: While the proposed site may not have utilities to it, they should be readily accessible.

Price: Will be determined by hold period required
