Helios AR Real Estate Fund I, LLC (the "Fund" or "Helios") is a closed-end fund organized as a Florida limited liability company. Managed by Adler Helios MM I, LLC, an affiliate of Adler Group, the Fund intends to invest in a diversified portfolio of core-plus, value-add and distressed real estate. All property types will be considered, with a focus on existing multi-tenant industrial, flex, office and retail properties located in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.

The Fund intends to raise equity capital through the sale of Class A Units. To date, Adler Group and one other major investor have invested $30 million in the Helios Fund.

Currently, properties within the Helios Fund total more than 740,000 square feet. The portfolio includes:

• New Town Commerce Park, a 154,577 sq. ft. business park in Davie, Florida
• Breckenridge Park, a multi-building business campus in Tampa, Florida
• Collier Park of Commerce, a 112-acre light industrial park in Naples, Florida
