MIAMI – September 2, 2009 – Adler Group, one of Florida’s oldest and largest commercial real estate firms, is expanding Adler Realty Services, the division of the company that handles property management and leasing. Matthew L. Adler has been named President of Adler Realty Services. Matthew also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the Adler Group.
With the current economic climate making property management and leasing more challenging, owners are finding it increasingly difficult to keep their properties running efficiently. Adler Realty Services is expanding their third party property management and leasing division, with Matthew at the helm to meet the industry demand for experienced and quality property management services. Matthew’s new responsibilities include leading business development, leasing and management activities for the company, growing the company’s third party assignments, and recruiting new sales and leasing agents.
