Miami – September 9, 2009 - Adler Group, one of Florida’s oldest and largest commercial real estate firms, announces that Gian Rodriguez has been hired as a leasing associate. In this capacity, Rodriguez will be responsible for marketing and representing approximately 700,000 square feet of the company’s South Florida office, retail, flex and industrial properties. Rodriguez will also serve as a third-party consultant for the company, offering commercial brokerage and management services to clients seeking professional real estate support.

While living in Philadelphia, Rodriguez, a Miami native, served as director of marketing and public relations for Lisa James Otto Country Properties, one of the region’s most notable boutique luxury real estate firms.
Active in local business and industry associations, Rodriguez is an active member of the Business Networking International of Miami–Dade (BNI-Central Chapter), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA) and the Commercial and Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF).
Rodriguez earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from University of Florida. He is an avid golfer and actively participates in a range of outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, wakeboarding and snowboarding. Rodriguez currently resides in Coral Gables.
