Adler Realty Services Closes $8 Million in Q1 2010 Commercial Leases on Gulf Coast

TAMPA and NAPLES, Fla. – May 18, 2010 – Brokers with Adler Realty Services (ARS), Adler Group’s leasing and property management arm, closed on more than $8 million in new lease transactions on Florida’s Gulf Coast in the first quarter of 2010.  The nine properties located throughout Tampa and Naples account for 10 percent of the total lease value of the 66 lease deals ARS helped deliver to start off the year.

“All nine transactions were new lease deal signings, which is a positive indication of a return to the commercial property market, albeit a conservative one,” said ARS Executive Vice President Daniel Heisler.

The four properties in Tampa and five properties in Naples represent a combined 15,729 square feet of office and retail space that was leased out. Tampa’s Breckenridge Park and Naples’ Commerce Centers were the respective venues for most of the Q1 transactions in each market.

Transaction highlights from the first quarter of 2010 include:

Tampa, Fla.:
·  TCH Restaurant Group leased 4,320 square feet of office space at Breckenridge Park. ARS leasing associate J. Aaron Evans was the landlord representative. (5804 Breckenridge Parkway)

·  EuroPlacer leased 2,362 square feet of flex space at Breckenridge Park.  ARS leasing associate J. Aaron Evans was the landlord representative. Paul Fournier of Florida Realty represented the tenant. (5803 Breckenridge Parkway).

·  BKOG Associates leased 1,183 square feet of office space at the Beaumont Business Center.  ARS leasing associate J. Aaron Evans was the landlord representative.  Rob Sercu with Prudential CRES represented the tenant. (5421 Beaumont Center Boulevard)

·  LDI Reproprinting Centers leased 1,003 square feet of office space at Breckenridge Park. ARS leasing associate J. Aaron Evans, represented the landlord. (5802 Breckenridge Parkway)

Naples, Fla.:
·  Faces, Inc. leased 3,036 square feet of office space at the Collier Park of Commerce. ARS leasing associate Dara Goren acted as landlord and tenant representative. (3050 N. Horseshoe Drive)

·  Ebenezer’s Big Discount Store leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Commerce Center of Naples Retail. ARS leasing associate Dara Goren acted as landlord and tenant representative. (3400 Radio Road, Unit 104)

·  Christian Church Ebenezer D’emmunas leased 875 square feet of office space at Commerce Center of Naples.  ARS leasing associate Dara Goren acted as landlord and tenant representative. (201 Airport Pulling Road)

·  Henry Cherrelus leased 875 square feet of office space at Commerce Center of Naples.  ARS leasing associate Dara Goren acted as landlord and tenant representative. (213 Airport Pulling Road)

·  TruGreen leased 875 square feet of office space at Commerce Center of Naples.  ARS leasing associate Dara Goren was the landlord representative.  Christine Gonnering of IPC represented the tenant. (207 Airport Pulling Road)
