ARS Closes $2.7 Million in Q1 2010 Orlando Leases

Adler Realty Services Closes on Nearly $2.7 Million in Commercial Leases for Q1 2010 in Orlando

ORLANDO – May 18, 2010 – Brokers with Adler Realty Services (ARS), Adler Group’s leasing and property management arm, closed 27,954 square feet of new lease transactions on commercial properties in Central Florida in the first quarter of 2010.  The total lease value of the eight warehouse facilities located in Orlando, Kissimmee and Winter Park that were involved in the transactions neared $2.7 million.

“The availability of existing industrial facilities at attractive purchase and lease rates is helping revive demand for industrial properties in Orlando, as evidenced by Adler’s industrial lease activity this past quarter,” said Daniel Heisler, executive vice president of ARS.

Adler’s commercial transaction highlights from the first quarter of 2010 include:

·  Proxy Management Group (d/b/a VEA) leased 6,360 square feet of flex space at Donegan-Smith Warehouses.  ARS sales and leasing agents Scott Lloyd and Dana Yockey represented the landlord, Kissimmee FlexxSpace, Ltd. (2450 Smith Street - Kissimmee)

·  Got Thrift West Colonial LLC leased 6,000 square feet of flex space at Donegan-Smith Warehouses.  ARS sales and leasing agents Scott Lloyd and Dana Yockey represented the landlord, Kissimmee FlexxSpace, Ltd. (2420 Smith Street - Kissimmee)

·  Jams Management of Central Florida leased 3,083 square feet of flex space at Sunport Commerce Center.  Scott Lloyd, ARS sales and leasing agent, represented the landlord, Orlando Sunport FlexxSpace, Ltd. (8018 Sunport Drive - Orlando)

·  Clean the World Foundation leased 3,039 square feet of flex space at Sunport Commerce Center.  Scott Lloyd, ARS sales and leasing agent, represented the landlord, Orlando Sunport FlexxSpace, Ltd. (8026 Sunport Drive - Orlando)

·  Compusell leased 3,000 square feet of warehouse space at Forsyth Central Commerce Park.  Scott Lloyd, ARS sales and leasing agent, represented the tenant in the transaction with landlord representative Mike Heidrich of NAI Realvest. (5014 Forsyth Commerce Road, Bldg. 1 - Orlando)

·  Merchspin, Inc. leased 2,500 square feet of flex space at Eastpoint Business Center.  Scott Lloyd, ARS sales and leasing agent, represented the tenant in the transaction with landlord representative Wilson McDowell of Colliers Arnold. (7006 Stapoint Court - Winter Park)

·  Custom Cable leased 2,472 square feet of flex space at Sandlake IV.  Scott Lloyd, ARS sales and leasing agent, represented the tenant in the transaction with landlord representative Erik Schwetje of CB Richard Ellis. (7527 Currency Drive - Orlando)

·  Upland Lawn Care, LLC leased 1,500 square feet of flex space at Donegan-Smith Warehouses.  ARS sales and leasing agents Scott Lloyd and Dana Yockey represented the landlord, Kissimmee FlexxSpace, Ltd.  Alex Eissenman of Century 21 Properties represented the tenant.
