Adler, Holly Sime Combine Property Management and Leasing Expertise in Strategic Partnership

MIAMI – August 3, 2009 – Adler Group, one of Florida's oldest and largest commercial real estate firms, has formed a strategic partnership with Holly Sime Realty, one of South Florida's most recognizable commercial real estate firms and an affiliate of TCN Worldwide. The two companies will jointly perform property management for institutional quality office and industrial properties, with Holly Sime handling leasing services.

The newly formed entity, Adler Holly Management, will provide property management services to a broader institutional client base. South Florida building owners have expressed a need for experienced, high quality collective leasing and management services, and the partnership will bring together the leasing expertise of Holly Sime with Adler Group's proven record of superior third party property management.
