Ken Barnhill joined Adler Group in 2011 as a leasing associate for Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group. In this role, Barnhill is responsible for marketing, leasing and representing Byrd Center Business Park, located in Richmond, Va. Byrd Center is a 475,000 square foot, 10-building industrial property complex located in Richmond’s airport industrial submarket.
Barnhill possesses more than 20 years of professional sales and commercial real estate experience in the metropolitan Richmond marketplace. A Richmond native, Barnhill studied at Randolph-Macon College. He is a member of West Richmond Business Man’s Association, The Richmond Chamber of Commerce, GRACRE and The Touchdown Club of Richmond.
