Daniel Heisler

Daniel Heisler, CCIM, CPM®, leads the leasing and property management division of Adler Group, which represents over 3 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space throughout Florida and Virginia. Heisler is responsible for 23 different projects that generate approximately $50 million in revenue. He also manages 47 real estate professionals, including portfolio managers, property managers and leasing agents. Heisler's major lease transactions total over 300,000 square feet, and he has supervised over $7 million in capital projects, including tenant improvements, roof and cooling tower replacements and building lobby and energy efficiency upgrades.

Heisler joined Adler Group as a senior property manager for Adler Management Service in 1996. As senior property manager, he was responsible for directing the leasing and management of over 800,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties, including the Miami International Commercial Center (MICC). Heisler was then promoted to portfolio manager, where he managed a large portion of the South Florida assets as well as all the Company's out-of-state properties. He also developed policies, systems and procedures that assisted in Adler Realty Services' rapid growth during the last 10 years.

Before joining Adler, Heisler worked 7 years for Houston developer Hines Interests. While there, Heisler managed their portfolio of Class A office buildings in Broward County – which included the tallest building in Florida – overseeing all building operations and services, managing capital improvements and controlling operating expenses.

Heisler began his real estate career in college, working for ERA and Coldwell Bank purchasing, repositioning and selling distressed real estate and leasing residential property. He also served 4 years as a senior internal auditor for American Express.

Heisler received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, with a major in Finance. Additionally, Heisler is licensed as both a Florida real estate and mortgage broker. He received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Heisler is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association, Miami-Dade Board of Realtors, CCIM Institute and the Beacon Council.

Teresa M. Clark, Regional Portfolio Manager, Adler Realty Services


Teresa M. Clark

Teresa M. Clark, RPA, CPM®, is responsible for overseeing Adler's portfolio of retail, office, industrial and service center real estate, situated in the Orlando, Tampa and Southwest Florida markets.

Her duties at Adler Realty Services include oversight of the day-to-day leasing, marketing and management functions performed by 10 employees and various third-party providers on current assignments of approximately 1.3 million square feet of projects. She supervises the annual preparation and implementation of business and capital plans for these assets, inclusive of leasing and marketing strategies. Clark has full responsibility for management of Adler Realty Services' satellite offices throughout the Central and Southwest Florida region.

Clark joined Adler Group in 1995 as Controller for Adler Management Services, Inc. After several years of controllership, she was promoted to the position of Acquisitions Transition Manager in 1998. Four months later she was promoted to the newly-created Portfolio Manager position in South Florida, followed by her transfer to Central Florida where she heads the regional corporate office today.

Ms. Clark's real estate career began in Key West, Florida, in 1977, where she assisted an individual investor in acquisition, rehabilitation, leasing and disposition of residential multi-family properties. In 1983, she relocated to Miami, Florida, where she was employed in a number of on-site property positions for well-known multi-family owners and developers such as The Muss Organization and VMS Realty Management, Inc. (at that time the largest residential landlord in the United States).

Ms. Clark holds a State of Florida real estate broker's license. She is a designated Real Property Administrator (RPA) by the Building Owners and Managers Association and Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate and Management, and is an active member of these organizations. She is a current member of the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and networks within various brokerage communities. She is engaged in enrollment for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) program and working toward completing the designation.

Clark is an alumna of Barry University in Miami, Florida, where she studied accounting and finance. She was a real estate Accounting Manager and Controller for a number of years, supervising as many as 25 accounting employees, and is adept in all aspects of construction, brokerage and property management accounting.
